I bought this to use with my Baby Trend Sit n Stand Double Stroller on a trip to Disney. I have a 13 month old, a 2 1/2 year old and a 5 year old. After researching triple strollers I decided that I really didn't want to spend the money on one. The size and weight alone seemed really inconvenient. This worked great. It was easy to set up and then it just clipped on and off of the stroller with very little effort. My 5 year old ended up sitting on it instead of standing. The combination of this and the built in platform on the stroller gave him a perfect area to sit and the back of the 2nd seat kept him out of the sun. I would definitely recommend this for use with the sit n stand double stroller if you want to use it with 3 kids.

Wow! I have been really impressed with the Valco Baby Hitch Hiker. I chose to buy this item instead of a double stroller (such as the BabyTrend Sit-n-Stand or the Joovy Caboose). I wanted the option of having my toddler ride along when she couldn't keep up, and I wanted less bulk than a formal double stroller.

The quality of the Valco Baby Hitch Hiker is solid. The setup was straightforward, and it is very sturdy. I use it attached to a mid-$$-level quality umbrella stroller by Mia Moda. Note: it will likely work best with a stroller with 2 separate open handles so that the toddler has space above to stand.

The Valco Baby Hitch Hiker can swivel up off the ground and hang by a clip when the toddler doesn't want to ride. It is easily adjustable re the closeness to the rear stroller wheels, and also re the tilt of the platform. The Valco Baby Hitch Hiker is super easy to attach & remove when the umbrella stroller needs to be folded (may not even need to be removed with a flat-fold type stroller). The stroller handles like a breeze even with the Hitch Hiker attached -- forward, reverse, pirouettes, you name it!

The wheels on the Valco Baby Hitch Hiker are spread apart enough for the adult to walk comfortably, but it admittedly requires a little concentration (you can't walk like a duck).

We recently took the stroller and the Valco Baby Hitch Hiker through the airport. Disasembly and reassembly was quick to get through security -- we even put it all throught the xray machines! At the gate, I folded it all up, set the stroller aside for 'gate check', and carried the Valco Baby Hitch Hiker onto the plane and put it into the overhead bin, no questions asked.

We took the stroller and the Valco Baby Hitch Hiker to the State Fair and walked for hours, with kids jumping on and off. It was so nice there to have my children so safely close to me and also not taking up a huge swath of walking space in the crowds of people out to enjoy the sights. I think that night the Hitch Hiker even carried 2 kids at many times.

The Valco Baby Hitch Hiker is a fun investment for all, and I think you're gonna love it!

I bought this thinking that it would be a good alternative to buying yet another stroller. We tried to put it onto the BOB Revolution stroller and it did not work at all. The stroller wheels are just too big for this to function properly and there was no place for my (almost) 3 year old daughter to put her head. Not to mention, I would not be able to walk full stride with this in place. I love my stroller but it looks like I may be purchasing a sit and stand as my 3 year old wants to be in the stroller from time to time and I have a 3 month old that MUST be in the stroller. Back to the drawing board!!!
